Chaps LMS

An online learning platform for students preparing for criminology exams with CHAPS in the Philippines.

Students can access courses, study tools, messages, and mock exams that follow PRC grading rules. Administrators can manage courses, students, staff, and branches. Each branch has separate data, and access depends on each person’s role. The internal messaging system supports the growing number of reviewers at CHAPS.

Laravel, Filament, Reverb, Redis, MySQL, and Docker.

The supplied admin dashboard shows 4,691 students, including 4,677 marked active. This is an account-status snapshot, not a measure of daily or monthly usage.

Scaling internal messaging as the number of reviewers grew, while keeping branch data separate without introducing a multitenant architecture. The challenge was maintaining those boundaries within a shared application.

As lead developer, I designed, built, and deployed the platform. I continue to manage it.
